OUR STORY:

DTF SWAG

DTF Swag was built by a team with hands-on experience in the direct-to-film (DTF) printing industry since the very beginning. As DTF technology grew in popularity across custom apparel, print shops, and production environments, so did the demand for faster turnaround times, consistent quality, and scalable workflows. But alongside that growth, we saw a clear problem—DTF production was not keeping up with efficiency needs.

Too much time was being spent on unnecessary steps like trimming transfers, managing excess handling, and working through longer press times. These inefficiencies slowed down production, increased labor costs, and created bottlenecks for businesses trying to scale their custom apparel printing operations. We knew there had to be a better way to streamline the DTF transfer process.

DTF Swag was created to solve those problems at the core. By focusing on thin film DTF transfers and pre-cut transfer technology, we’ve eliminated the need for manual trimming and significantly reduced press time. Our approach allows print shops, apparel brands, and production teams to operate more efficiently without adding additional labor or overhead.

Our thin film transfers are designed to press faster while maintaining strong adhesion, vibrant color, and long-lasting durability across a wide range of garments, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and promotional apparel. Every transfer arrives pre-cut at no extra cost, removing one of the most time-consuming steps in the production process and allowing businesses to move directly from press to production.

At our core, DTF Swag is focused on improving DTF workflow efficiency, reducing production time, and delivering consistent, high-quality results across every order. Whether you’re running a high-volume print shop, building a custom apparel brand, or fulfilling daily orders, our system is designed to help you work faster, reduce unnecessary steps, and maintain reliable output.

DTF Swag is built for speed, consistency, and real-world production needs—helping you spend less time trimming and pressing, and more time producing.
